Before reading, this will charge you .99 for the text message if you do not have a texting plan. Otherwise, it is completely free.

First, find any .mp3 you want as a ringtone. You do not have to shorten it or alter it in any way. myxertones will do this for you.

Second, go to http://myxer.com.

Register an account. Don’t worry about spam emails or texts. After signp you will have to verify your email and phone number. Pretty straightforward so I won’t walk you through it.

After you have signed in to your account, Click Browse. Find your mp3.

Click Upload.

Be patient...

Drag the orange lines to the section you want as a ringtone. Make sure the length is no more than 30 seconds.

Once finished, click Send to Phone.

In a minute or two, you will receive a text with the ringtone attached. Choose Options>Set as Ringtone. It will be saved in your Voyager’s Ringtones list.
